Covid-19 pandemic causing havoc

COVID-19 is a global pandemic which is causing havoc in the developed world.
Smaller countries are scared and watching helplessly for any positive developments such as the development of a vaccine to treat this disease.
In PNG, we received reports from the Health Minister advising the people and business houses of a probable case of Covid-19.
Does the minister know the level of damages and panic such an ill-advised and misleading information has caused on the country?
You have really put the cash strapped country’s population into panic mode and all our children in schools have been traumatised by hearing such an announcement.
Countries around the world have prepared way ahead of time.
They are far better off in planning than this country.
PNG has not been properly prepared, we have just been lucky out of God’s mercy.
