I RECENTLY went into a Chinese shop at the main market to grab a few stuff.
At the checkout counter, I asked to use the eftpos machine to pay.
However the cashier with her boss said they would have to charge 50t for a balance check and K1 for each transaction and a K3.50 service fee if I was to get a cash back of K70?
I did not agree so I left.
Can the relevant authorities monitor and penalise these shop owners? Imagine how many people they have been fooling with this rip off practice?
