Looking for a publisher

I DECIDED to give my letter the eye-catching title of “Books” for a good reason.
Readers, you know what, for a good number of years I have been asking organisations and individuals to help me publish my book of short stories but I have not received a single positive answer.
It would be a book of eight short stories but the manuscript is sitting at home covered in dust and I am aging away.
I did something to leave a legacy behind in a library and not flush it down a toilet.
Foodstuff after all goes down the toilet. Beautiful and handsome bodies go to the grave after death.
Books, however, are kept safe in libraries around the world for ages and centuries.
