Make Lae Momase capital

The people of the two Sepik provinces and Madang must respect the indigenous Morobeans and take ownership of Lae city as they are part of the Momase region.
I suggest Lae become the main city of the region just like Port Moresby for Southern region, Mt Hagen for Highlands and Kokopo for Islands.
As such, the Sepiks must refrain from attacking and killing Morobeans.
Educated and responsible Sepiks must tell their brothers and sisters to abstain from criminal activities.
Most Morobeans are good people and they are not arrogant or aggressive.
We cannot behave like primitive people.
We need to change our mentality and learn to respect and love people as if they are part of our family.
That is the teaching of Jesus Christ.
Most Sepiks are good people but there is a minority who are giving us a bad name.
Our leaders must also behave and they cannot go on calling for our prime minister to resign publicly.
