Why make us wait?

IT is frustrating standing in front of the Angau General Hospital gate waiting for clearance from the security guards while people who have vehicles can load passengers and pass through the main gate without being checked.
Can the authorities do something?
I have been refused entry to take lunch to my sister.
Please be fair to all the people with or without vehicles. We are all the same after all.
