Mald must seal road

I CALL on Moresby Northeast MP Andrew Mald to give us an update on what his plans are (if he has any at all) with regard to repairing and patching up the terrible condition of roads in his electorate.
We have seen very little maintenance work done since he was voted into office.
I am staying at the Police Training College in Bomana.
Every morning and evening, I and other residents in the area face the stress of driving on the road littered with potholes, some so deep that we have to stop and wait for on-coming traffic to pass before moving on just to avoid damaging our vehicles.
This is sometimes very dangerous because many idiots are using the road as a race track, speeding without a care to the world.
The new freeway from the Erima roundabout to the 8-Mile bridge is the only part of the road project that we have seen so far and that was to ease the traffic congestion.
