Ministers told to focus on performance, responsibilities

MINISTERS should be focusing on performance and responsibilities and not which portfolio they serve, Civil Aviation Minister Walter Schnaubelt says.
“Maintaining solidarity and delivering services to our people is our priority,” he said.
Schnaubelt was responding to recent Cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister James Marape in which he was moved from the Forest Ministry to become the Civil Aviation minister.
He said there would be changes in the Civil Aviation Ministry.
Schnaubelt said he had also set the stage for new Forest Minister Solan Mirisim to takeover the ministry.
