Moral values breaking down

I AM writing in response to the incident in which two foreign security guards were involved in a shootout in one of Port Moresby’s prominent shopping centres recently.
Their actions show there is decay in the conscience of human beings today.
Both were supervisors but they didn’t act like trained guards because their personal emotions got the best of them.
This reveals a moral breakdown.
Today we see incidents in which members of the disciplined forces do things which are uncalled for.
What in the world is happening to human beings?
