Morata can be developed: Yalya

THE Morata suburb of Port Moresby has potential to further develop, says National Capital District Commission electoral manager James Yalya.
Yalya says Morata residents should think positively and invest in business ventures because they are no longer on the peripheries of the city.
“The government has built roads around Morata, which it a central location now,” Yalya said.
He said with the opening of the new Rest Inn Lodge at Morata last week, NCD Governor Powes Parkop would like to see more businesses such as guesthouses, shopping centres, hair salons and other businesses established because Morata was now the heart of the capital.
