Morobe teachers’ postings, exam results out

TEACHERS’ postings and Grades 10 and 12 examination results in Morobe province have been released while results for Grade 8 will be out today.
Notices o f the postings for teachers in primary, secondary, technical and vocational schools were put up at the Morobe Education Office.
The postings were for all the nine districts in the province.
Parents of Grades 10 and 12 students were advised to check their children’s examination results at their respective schools although the results were up at the office.
All the results have been sent to the schools but not the Education Division, according to the notice in the office.
Grace Memorial Secondary School in Wau was the only school that had its Grade 11 intake list on the notice board showing 190 students.
On the teachers’ leave fare issue, the office of the provincial administrator informed that the review was in progress and that information would not be disclosed until completion of a report.
The review which started two weeks ago was aimed at finding short and long-term solutions to the problem.
