MPs from Henganofi are the same

Letters, Normal

PLEASE allow to me express my view on the rate of development in my district.
I usually don’t like to talk about politics in the media.
But I realised that the media has the power to change and I would like to comment on MPs for Henganofi.
It seems all MPs from Henganofi possess similar traits – like a flash of light – here today gone forever.
The only impact change that I can remember of was the introduction of rural electrification along the highway and part of Kamanotina by former MP John Giheno.
That was his only contribution.
It was the same during Viviso Seravo’s regime.
Except for the district building, there was nothing else.
After Giheno, the people of Henganofi voted in a businessman, followed by a medical doctor and currently a teacher.
As a former teacher, Ferao Orimyo felt the pinch of students’ struggle in pursuit of better education.
I have been following his progress and, thus far, he seems to be counting his chickens before they are hatched.
Why is he still talking about methods to deliver services rather than delivering the services?
The people of Henganofi are fed up and we are all looking forward to 2012.
Only this time I hope we get the right person into office.
