MTSL pays dividends

MELANESIAN Trustee Services Limited CEO, Kennedy Wemin has announced good tidings of dividends to be paid to shareholders through Pacific Balance Fund (Sep 27).
What astounds me is the state of particular assets within the MTSL portfolio which are in dire need of maintenance and repairs or revitalisation.
Can Wemin do something about Pacific Place in down town Port Moresby before he starts talking about dividends?
Wake up and smell the coffee or he will find no clients to draw his dividends from.
Or worst still, face a lawsuit for neglect of public health and safety regulations.
