THE National Superannuation Fund (nasfund) will focus on achieving its goals set out in its current five-year strategic plan, chief executive officer Ian Tarutia says.
Speaking at the fund’s leadership workshop last weekend, Tarutia said the fund would progress initiatives under key pillars of solution, engagement and innovation.
“Through our overarching vision of being our members trusted superannuation fund providing quality service and financial security, each division in the fund will continue to progress initiatives under key strategic pillars of solutions, engagement, and innovation,” Tarutia said.

“To be the Fund of choice and remain the largest fund by membership we revised our strategy to include new offerings such as affordable housing and digital innovation to improve customer experience.
“We are servants for our members, and our decisions and actions must reflect this at all times.
“We are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that our services are being continuously improved, so that our members are ready for retirement when the time comes.”
