National Superannuation Fund (Nasfund) is asking members and employers to register on its online services for their convenience.
In an age where member expectations about best practice and better service standard has increased, Nasfund has invested in technology platforms to provide fast and convenient services to its members through its member and employer portals.
The fund registered 16,000-plus members on its member online portal and 939 employers for the employer contributions loading portal since introducing online services last September.
In yesterday’s Nasfund FM100 talk-back show, member services’ division representatives encouraged members and employers to make use of the available online services.
Steven Mase, marketing team leader, said that the advantage of registering to the online services was to provide ease of accessing member and employer information at their fingertips.
The fund has set a target to register 80,000 members on the member portal and 2500 employers on the employer portal by the end of the year. Mase said that the exercise would require a team effort from its 16 branches which had already shown determination to achieve the set target. “We commend the efforts of our team for the ongoing training that has been conducted with our employers.”
