FINALLY, the Nawae Eels and Pole Particles lock horns in the 9-Mile Off Season League elimination finals at 4pm today.
The winner advances to the preliminary final against Moitaka Dragons in the main game on Sunday, while the loser kisses good bye to the 2012/13 season.
After a long delay because of spectator violence, the decision for a rematch is welcome news
for fans.
In the pool A preliminary final, Soweto and Hai Bullets battle it out on Saturday.
In the B grade it is a Kerema affair as BY Rebels and GY Faris face off.
Pool B will see the Nawae Kwazii Eels face KKC Stones.
Association executives confirmed that the grand finals would be on April 7.
The grand finalists in the A grade will walk away with K3,000 and K1,500 respectively, there is K1,000 and K800 respectively at stake in the B grade in addition to trophies.
The two teams knocked out from the elimination finals in the A grade will receive K400 each and in B grade K300 each. And the best and fairest players pocket K100 each and trophies.
