BMOBILE has advised that a system issue affecting its 3G network resulted in its internet service being slow.
A spokesman, responding to queries from The National on issues encountered by some customers having little or no access to the internet over the past few days, said that they were working around the clock to address the issue.
“Our technicians, alongside our PNG DataCo colleagues, are working around the clock to address a systems issue that has affected our RED (75/76XX XXXX numbers) 3G network over the past few days,” he said.
“We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.”
