No-confidence vote good for the country

Letters, Normal

AS a student, I believe the vote of no-confidence is a good thing for our country.
There are two reasons why I support it – the development of PNG or rather the lack of it and corruption.
There is hardly any development in PNG.
We have too many people roaming on the streets and many of our roads are in poor condition.
Settlements are mushrooming all over the country while many of our schools are rundown.
Children, who are the future leaders of PNG, are being denied their right to education and the sad part is the government is not doing anything to address it.
The main problem in PNG is corruption.
Many of our MPs are not submitting their acquittals and that is being dishonest and illegal.
As a result, nobody knows where the money has gone to.
While many of our politicians are living in luxury, the common people are at wits’ end trying to make ends meet.
This has contributed to the rise in law and order problems.
The vote of no-confidence should do PNG some good.
We are failing now.
