No EMTV in Mendi

THE people of Mendi town have not been able to watch EMTV since August.
Has EMTV stopped transmitting its signal to Mendi?
Or are the relay stations down?
It seems no one is bothered to find out the cause of the breakdown.
Can the authorities tell us what is happening?
