No escaping the law

 THE days of high-profile criminal William Kapris are over. People should get the message that you can run, but you cannot hide from the long arm of  the law. Some people are remorseful and attacking the police and the Government about the treatment of Kapris. Remember, though, you will only get what you ask for.
