No help from SHPG

I AM ashamed when I see students from other pro­vinces getting subsidies from their respective pro­vincial governments.
It is a shame the Southern Highlands provincial government is not one of them.
It seems the SHPG is not interested to invest in its human resource.
That is most unfortunate as the students are the fu­ture leaders.
By the way, can the SHPG tell us how many students from the province are currently attending universities and colleges in PNG?
