Nonsense comments

I REFER to Sir Peter Ipatas’ comments on a road project in Wapenamanda, Enga Province.

I find the governor’s comments on the Tsak road  to be a lot of nonsense.

Tsak Valley has a population of more than 18,000 people but Ipatas made no attempt to maintain the Tsak road in his 20 years of political power.

The state of Tsak road had deteriorated for more than two decades. The road became inaccessible and Ipatas paid no attention to the cries of Tsak people.

Therefore, Ipatas’ comments are purely politics because the owner of the contracting company was one of his political rivals in the 2012 national election.
