THREE rounds remain before the National Capital District Eastern Highlands Off Season League top eight is decided.
The association executives have assured the sponsors and supporters that their fourth grand final will be staged at the Unagi Oval.
President Benny Kene told The National that out of the 40 original teams, 14 have withdrawn after the competition was moved from the Port Moresby Rugby League oval 3 to the Unagi Oval at Gordons.
Kene said the 26 clubs are Hilltop Kids, Uzuasi Warriors, Kiki Rocks, Gordon Ridge, Ngovo Reds, Daulo Mudmen, Siane Kobonis, Siane Pythons, Hila Kenis, Nami Brothers, K Hunters, Lagaiti Rocks, Kwazee Hunters, Forembasi United, Nega Brothers, A1 Leftovers, 9A Reds, Jonipi Warriors, ANG Ridge, Hilltop Comets, Jombaro Eagles, Mamia Anis, GH Upisa, Brotherhoods, Oko Hills, Lumbo, Settlers and Taro United.
He appealed to all clubs to pay up their outstanding affiliation fees before taking the field.
