Oro, MVIL renew ties

The Oro government has signed a memorandum of agreement with the Motor Vehicle Insurance Ltd (MVIL) to renew a partnership that will see the province continue collecting some revenue.
This was an initiative of Governor Gary Juffa in 2014 to boost internal revenue through registration of motor vehicles.
The agreement signed between Juffa, as head of the province, MVIL chairman Dr Ken Ngangan and the Secretary of Finance on Friday was witnessed by the acting chief executive of MVIL Bafino Koi and Oro administrator Trevor Magei.
