Parents too lazy to discipline children

WHEN I look at how young people today are caught up in many illegal activities, it tells me how lazy and negligent their parents are.
What are parents doing with their children at home?
Are they only feeding them food and giving them money and telling them to have sweet sleeps every night?
Many teenagers and young adults are practising cult, producing and consuming home brewn and marijuana.
They are watching, producing and distributing pornographic materials.
Why is this happening?
Who should we blame now?
Parents today seem to be neglecting their children by not properly advising and disciplining them.
There is lack of counselling and ineffective monitoring by parents.
Parents should be blamed for being too lazy.
