Pari One win second on the trot in netball comp

THE second round of matches for the Moresby South Motu-Koita Netball tournament saw Pari One beat Kirakira One 18-15 to remain unbeaten in the intermediate division on Saturday.
Joining Pari in the winner’s circle was Vabukori One and Vabukori Two with both teams defeating Taurama One and Taurama Two respectively.
Korobosea One, under the guidance of centre Taboro Allen, beat Korobosea Two 19-4 and Vabukori One defeated Mahuru One 10-2.
Vabukori noted another outstanding performance in the senior division at Koki’s Southside Fitness Centre after bagging four wins from the division’s seven matches.
Vabukori One recorded wins over Kirakira Two (18-16) and Mahuru One (24-12) while Vabukori Two beat Taurama One (18-16) and Mahuru Two (10-3).
Organisers say the third round is scheduled to tip off this weekend with the tournament on track in its round matches.
