PNG Party is ready for General Election 2022 after establishing its three main policies, its general secretary Kila Poka says.
“We are set to roll out our awareness campaigns to promote the policies – integral human development, God first policy and e-economy,” he said.
Poka said the campaigning would start before the issuing of writs on April 28.
The party now has only one member of the parliament.
Poka emphasised that integral human development and e-economy would be the party’s main focus to bring about change for the better for Papua New Guineans.
He said e-economy was the only way for the Government to solve corruption in the country with the current issue of the “middleman system”.
“We want every citizen to have access to e-economy,” he said.
“By doing so, we will see payments come directly to your pocket.
“If you have completed a project, your money will be sent straight to you without delays for no reasons.”
The party is led by Opposition Leader Belden Namah and the party is looking to field 100 candidates in the election.
