Pay fee, get laptops

FIRST year students attending the University of Natural Resources and Environment (UNRE) in East New Britain and have paid fees in full will receive laptops.
This was according to the university’s administration following the launching of its Frangipani laptop programme last Monday.
Speaking during the ceremony at the Vudal campus in Rabaul, Vice Chancellor Dr James Yoko said it was vital for students have to acquire skills and knowledge through eLearning.
