Pay outstanding allowances

I SUPPORT the call by “Disheartened Lister” of Vanimo urban local level government regarding outstanding allowances.
The National Statistical Office needs to pay us our outstanding allowances.
It’s taken them almost two months.
We have successfully completed the listing exercise.
What is the delay in paying us for our services?
With the actual population count to be held in July, I wonder if people will be eager to participate if such issues continue to go unaddressed.
