Pay overdue allowances

I SYMPATHISE with some of our peace officers, magistrates and court clerks who work tirelessly for their respective village courts.
Many of these unpaid officials have committed their time in carrying out their roles and responsibilities for years without being paid their monthly allowances.
Can the Justice Department address this issue as a matter of urgency?
This is injustice to them as they are still waiting for their backdated monthly allowances.
If allowances for the Covid-19 security personnel can be addressed without delay, the authorities concerned should also give priority to pay all outstanding monthly allowances.
