REFERRING to a newspaper article on May 9 regarding internet access to Government payroll system rollout, it is a frustrating situation at this moment.
Many teachers and other public servants in Morobe are very much affected, especially in obtaining loans for family expenses and school fee payments.
If this internet payroll system rollout is delayed, the whole community out there will be suffering and who’s going to be blamed?
Can those responsible rectify this problem?
