Planting marijuana

THE planting and nurturing of marijuana in Eastern Highlands is prevalent.
The communal portrait that illustrates is that it is going far bad to worse.
There is no drug response authority to grasp and stop the drug planting and cultivating.
As you travel along the Highlands Highway you can see them at the doorways and the gardens, people are mounting and cultivating it like normal crops.
And that shows that the isolated areas and the places apart from national highway are growing that to a maximum extent.
In Daulo, people are coming from Chimbu through Gembogl and Madang people through Brahman connecting Daulo district for trading, not only cash but riffles also.
I do wonder why the accountable authority is not able to take any procedures to control that.
