PMV bus crew arrested
A PMV bus crew member has been detained and is expected to appear in the Kokopo District Court next week charged with sexual penetration of a girl, 15.
According to East New Britain police commander Chief Insp Joseph Tabali, the incident occurred on July 3 between 4pm and 11pm at Takubar in Kokopo.
He said a medical report confirmed the girl was sexually abused. The alleged 22-year-old offender, Chief Insp Tabali said, was a crew of a bus on route 8B.
He allegedly prevented the girl from getting off the bus until his run was completed and then took her to his village at Malakuna 4 in the Kokopo-Vunamam Urban LLG.

Girl consented, enjoyed the bus ride, perhaps received some cold drinks or buai etc I think!
The crime in this case would be “forced penetration” against the will of the girl….did she scream or something like that? If not then perhaps she consented all the way!

He should be arrested and charged for it.. Because it happens all around the country especially PNG..Men do not respect their wife, sister and mother…..This culprit done it because he doesn’t have a sister or mother if only then he’ll respect other females

The question is, did she alerted the other passengers on the bus that she was being instructed not to get off the bus at her destination????? She’s 15 and is old enough to do something.
