‘PNG needs leaders with good qualities’

LUTHERAN Church head Bishop Reverend Jack Urame said the country needs leaders with good leadership qualities to lead, guide and manage its affairs.
These leadership qualities should comprised of honesty, transparency and be accountable in every decision they make to lead the nation for good of its citizens.
“Our political leaders should not be driven by money and self interest,” he said.
“Instead the leaders should be driven by their concern and deep conviction to serve the needs of humanity and develop the country to improve people’s lives.”
Urame said the country needs leaders with clear development concepts, strategies and a vision for nation building.
