PNG needs stable Govt

Letters

The repetition of instability in every term of parliament by mandated leaders in PNG is sickening.
Some of us have grown up seeing the political in-fights with contempt as we have not given some PMs a full term in running our country.
We continue to observe dissatisfaction among parliamentarians on a PM’s leadership.
The people of PNG have given you leaders that trust and confidence to represent us at the polls.
Right from the start at any formation of a new government, you have identified a trusted candidate to leader the country.
You shouldn’t act as children now.
We need stability now more than ever.
Forget about who you are and pay some respect to someone whom parliament gave the blessing.
Change of government can be decided at the polls.

  • Stable government?
    I see a problem there.
PO was in government as PM for 8 years.
He was accused corruption despite a lot of changes.

  • PO is the one who created the contitutional crises and he again did with BN,what a power hungry leaders. Please stop this nonsense.

  • Sorry John, you did not see the hidden message.
Most corrupt leaders hang on to power for a long period and may fight to regain power.
Some obvious examples around the world, Soharto of Indonesia, Marcos of Philippine, Mugabe of Zimbabwe, and the Middle East countries like Irag, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Israel, couple of South America countries and Cuba.
