Poor work done on roads

WHEN will the city management take responsibility for the constant traffic jams the city engineers have created.
The Gordon industrial area behind the SP Brewery is chaotic.
The roads are only a few years old with a bottle neck created at each junction forcing motorists from a two lane carriageway to a single lane at each junction.
Motorists have to climb the curb to get through the intersection.
Total madness.
This is an industrial area and the roads should be capable of handling heavy traffic such as prime movers and other articulated vehicles.
Very badly designed. Unbelievable.
