Poponawa yet to fulfil his promises

DURING the funeral service for the late John Nori Kokolowa in Kulglumb village, the people of Upper Nebilyer were promised by Minister for Civil Aviation Benjamin Poponawa that he will install power line and seal the road.
That was back in 2008.
We are now in 2010 and we are still waiting for the MP to fulfil his promise.
His priority seems to be on Tambul while the rest of the district is left alone.
Since independence, successive governments have left us alone.
We thought we could see some daylight at the end of the long tunnel when Poponawa came along.
It looks like he is also letting us down too.
