Western public servants sleeping

IT is very sad to see many of our authorities responsible for delivering services failed to do so.
The Fly River government is one good example.
There is no coordination or public service mechanism to deliver basic services either.
Despite numerous appeals from Western students for the provincial government to help pay their school fees, there is no response.
As a result, many students have been forced to leave their respective institutions of higher learning.
With so many issues that need to be addressed, the FRPG continues to ignore them.
Is it any wonder then that Western is stuck in the back page?
Despite being educated, we will not progress until the people change their mentality and attitudes. I wonder if the public servants know what they are supposed to do other than collect their salary every fortnight.
