THE Popular Port Moresby IEA school soccer competition will start this weekend at the Sir John Guise Stadium.
The competition is expected to lure parents and grandparents to pack the stadium every Saturday morning to watch youngsters show their talents and skills for the next two months.
Organisers of the competition are advising parents that each school will only enter teams in the U7 (mixed), U8 and U9 divisions because of plans to have a facelift to the multi-purpose oval which has restricted the availability of ovals to cater for various competitions.
The Port Moresby School Soccer had been in existence for many years.
The games are expected to start at 8am and end at noon.
