Pothole woes in Chimbu

Letters

There are too many potholes and craters on most of our roads in PNG as highlighted in the media.
The Gumine road in Chimbu is no exception with several crater-like potholes on what was once a sealed road.
It is just too much to bear for the travelling public.
A turbulent political atmosphere for the last 13 years or so is conducive to fix that part of the road.
This is the same for other sections of the Gumine Road which need to be urgently patched vehicles to travel comfortably.
It looks like a disaster that will remain for many more years to come.
