Present acquittals before releasing funds

IT is good to have all acquittals presented before releasing payments into school accounts.
The Government gave some good news on free education.
Funds will be paid directly into school accounts and education managers will have to check to ensure that acquittals are done correctly.
Morobe has squeezed the millions paid into school accounts at its own discretion, resulting in school’s administrators not satisfied.
This needs to change.
Change this procedure and use other mechanisms to help push schools forward.
These so-called managers and other protocol officers are not visiting schools and are operating on assumptions.
This is why Morobe has not performed well academically.
