Prison programme effective

ON behalf of the stakeholders of the Bomana Prison Rehabilitation Programme, I express my sincere gratitude to the key partners of the Prison Service Charter Programme.
It is a remarkable new concept launched and implemented in Bomana. Your tremendous contribution in this programme will instil discipline and good behaviour among all facilitators and beneficiaries in the long run.
After all the years of unrest and struggles the Correctional Service has gone through, we now should be able to achieve the objectives of the prison charter in the most effective way possible.
I am sure my other colleagues may share the similar sentiment as I personally feel rescued and secured after 10 years of assisting the inmates within the Catholic Church as a Prison Pastoral Care Ministry co-ordinator to Bomana Prison.
