THE Port Moresby Rugby League has issued a final warning to the 10 clubs to pay their K500 affiliation fees by Feb 10.

Only four clubs, Tarangau, Souths, Paga Panthers and Dobo Warriors, have settled their affiliation fees and because to the 10 defaulting clubs have not paid the PRL annual general meeting has been deferred to Feb 10 at Paddy’s Hotel, 4-Mile.

PRL chairman Dr James Naipao said that the reason for deferring the meeting was because of a lack of quorum but hoped that another four or five clubs would affiliate in time for the meeting to proceed.

Naipao warned if there was no quorum for the AGM the 2016 competition would be suspended.
