Probe businessman bribing political party

Letters

A SENIOR political party in the Government was seen receiving political bribes by a local Morobean businessman to buy his endorsement in the coming general election.
How can this happen right in front of prime minister and his coalition partners who have stated clearly and urged our people to vote for good leaders in the coming election.
This nation has had enough of corrupt practices by politicians and we all should fight corruption.
Such behaviours by political parties and candidates should not be tolerated in this country anymore as their actions seem to be the starting point of political corruption in PNG.
The Electoral Commission, Registry of Political Parties and Candidates and police should immediately investigate this and stop this businessman and intending candidate from this party from contesting this year’s election if we are serious about fighting corruption in this country.
