Probe rogue cop in Northern

I REFER to the incident involving the alleged murder of a suspect in Popondetta by a rogue policeman.
His action must to be thoroughly investigated.
Many of the security services in the township are provided by security firms owned by members of the police force in Popondetta.
Limited police resources are continually being channelled to private use by these police personnel.
I call on the police commissioner to conduct an investigation and dismiss all those involved.
It is common knowledge in Popondetta that the rogue policeman involved in alleged murder of the suspect has a vested interest in the shop.
The policeman’s brother must also be investigated to verify whether he is licensed to carry firearms and whether the firearm is registered.
The incident is a wake-up call for the provincial government and the RPNGC.
