Problems with pay

MORE than 1000 teachers are facing some kind of salary problem, and the number is increasing every pay day.
Pretending that all is good will not make the problem go away.
Teachers who are being affected by unexplained pay cuts and those who will be affected soon are victims of gross ignorance and laziness as a result of people who do not want to perform the task at hand.
The government should fix these issues because people’s lives are being affected.
Have proper checks been done to ensure the teachers are on the correct pay scale? I can say for sure that many teachers are not on the pay level they are supposed to be in.
It is being reported in the media that teachers are facing pay problems now, but no one is admitting that this is a problem that has existed for many years.
Those at the Education salary section are too busy doing other things that they have totally forgotten to monitor and correct this problem.
Fraud is happening through the use of technology and this should be looked into.
The solution is simple: Check and balance all teachers’ salaries now. Enough of victimisation already.
