Provincial administrator

CHIMBU is in need of a permanent provincial administrator for effective and efficient public services. There is no proper control and command for the public servant in the province which resulted in the ineffective service.
The people need an effective public services machinery to coordinate and implement the policies of the government.
The Public Service minister has advised that as per process and procedure from his department, they had obtained quotations from the two dailies (Post Courier and The National) for the provincial administrations to advertise but this has not eventuated and that has caused the delay.
However, this minor issue cannot hold back the whole government process and systems that are in place to service the people.
Can the good minister and his department look into this to speed up the appointment process?
