Public Servants netball trials start

PUBLIC Servants netball competition will start their trial matches at the Rita Flynn Netball court on Saturday.
The newly-elected president Linah Uvau urged all departments and government statutory teams to register their interest by showing up at the netball courts.
She said PSNC had moved back to the home of netball at the Rita Flynn Courts after being locked out in the last two seasons.
Uvau said the trials would run for a week and all teams should turn up for the games.
Those wishing to register teams should contact Ann Dobbin on 3005616 or Uvau on 3250148.
Uvau said she was happy to announce the new executive and the working committee for the season.
The vice-president is Mary Albaniel, Eau Avosa (secretary), Henao Guria (assistant secretary), Margaret Niggis (treasurer), Ati Rawali (assistant treasurer) and the working committee members are Gillian Ole, Ann Dobbin, Mary Gumia and Miva Morabang.
