Publish full list of intending candidates

COULD the Electoral Commission publish names of all the intending candidates for all the provinces in the country?
This is to allow for transparency sake because some candidates claim to be nominated and conning people around to lure them into funding them.
It will be better to know which candidates is officially nominated for that particular electorate.
