Puma facilities get K20mil upgrade

Puma Energy has upgraded its facilities in Alotau, Milne Bay, at a cost of K20 million.
The terminal facility upgrade involved replacing facilities in the terminal which covered new vertical storage tanks, pump station equipment, truck loading gantry, fire protection system, shoreline protection and a new terminal office building.
The company yesterday said the facility showed the anticipated growth and the unique market demand in Alotau.
The upgrade reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to invest in PNG and to better serve the coastal community of the province.
The facility upgrade has been constructed in compliance with global standards and regulations.
Town mayor Gita Elliot opened the terminal facilities and was witnessed by invited guests, VIPs and Puma Energy executives.
