Push rural power project, Awesa

The National

I WOULD like to commend Imbonggu MP Francis Awesa for doing a good job in the last two and half years.
He has brought many tangible projects to the electorate.
Unlike other MPs from the province, Mr Awesa returns home regularly to recharge and touch base with his people.
The experience he has racked up as a senior public servant and businessman is now evident in the kind of leadership he is providing.
He lets his actions speak.
I am also pleased to learn that the pristine waters from Mendi and Imbonggu will now be piped to Australia.
Our only regret is that we did not realise what a good leader he is or else we would have voted him into office sooner.
Our only request to Mr Awesa is to fast track the rural electrification project.
This project will literally light up the lives of the simple Imbonggu people in more ways than one.
